Richard Hurley brings 25 years of both private and public sector senior management experience internationally and within Australia. Richard has specialised in delivering structured procurement and logistics programs of goods and services for Government, construction, mining and humanitarian sectors. He has qualifications in engineering and business management.

Catherine Yates
Catherine Yates has 20 years of progressive public sector and in-field aid experience. This includes at State and Commonwealth Government levels, an overseas aid diplomatic posting, the United Nations and Team Leader of two Australian Government funded aid programs. She has provided high level quality at entry and mid-term reviews of humanitarian programs. Catherine received an Order of Australia Medal (OAM), AusAID Australia Day Achievement Award and Humanitarian Overseas Services Medal for her services in developing countries. She is registered on the Australian Civilian Corps.
